Gledis Bozo is a senior communication strategist and creative leader with more than fifteen years of experience spanning advertising, broadcast media, digital transformation, strategic communication, reputation and international advisory.
The career began inside media and advertising production before evolving through creative leadership, television operations, newsroom transformation, strategic advisory and integrated agency leadership.
Gledis began professionally inside production. That meant understanding communication at the point where ideas become real - concept, shooting, editing, motion, sound, broadcast and distribution.
The career then moved through advertising production, creative leadership, broadcast television, media operations, digital transformation, newsroom transformation, communication strategy, brand and reputation, international advisory, agency leadership and product creation.
This range informs the way Gledis works today. Communication is approached as the outcome of a larger system connecting strategy, creative, technology, people, operations, channels, audience and reputation.
