What if you could step inside a story?

Gledis Bozo is co-founder of TALES Education, an interactive learning platform for children ages 6–12 where storytelling, education and technology come together. Children do not simply read stories. They participate in them. Their choices shape the adventure and influence what happens next.

The Learning Loop

Situation. Decision. Consequence. Reflection.

Every story follows the same loop - a thinking loop, not a memorization loop.

01

Situation

A familiar or imaginative scenario - a mistake in class, a social moment, a problem to solve, or a challenge inside a fictional world.

02

Decision

The child is asked: "What would you do?" Each option represents a different way of thinking - react, avoid, reflect, or try a different approach.

03

Consequence

The story changes based on the decision. Characters react differently, outcomes shift, and new situations emerge. There is no simple right or wrong - there are results to understand.

04

Reflection

The child begins to see patterns: actions lead to consequences, different choices lead to different outcomes, and thinking before acting changes results.

What it trains

Not what children know. How they think.

01

Decision-Making

Evaluate options, anticipate outcomes, and choose under uncertainty.

02

Emotional Regulation

Recognize reactions, pause before responding, and manage pressure, failure or frustration.

03

Cause–Effect Thinking

Understand that actions lead to consequences and small decisions can create larger effects.

04

Problem-Solving

Develop structured, iterative reasoning - try, adjust, improve - and handle non-obvious problems.

05

Perspective Awareness

Recognize that different viewpoints exist, decisions affect others, and context matters.

Language

TALES currently provides bilingual English and Albanian content.

The Origin
“You're free to choose. But you're not free from what comes after.”

TALES began with a simple idea a mother repeated: children don't learn best when they are told what's right. They learn when they are placed inside a moment and asked, "What would you do?" A wrong answer in class becomes a moment to explore confidence. A conflict with a friend becomes a lesson in perspective. Every story becomes practice for something real.

Why TALES is part of this story

When storytelling, technology and strategy become one thing.

TALES sits naturally at the intersection of disciplines that have shaped Gledis Bozo's professional career: storytelling, creative direction, digital media, technology, audience experience and communication systems. TALES represents a shift from developing communication and experiences for organizations to co-creating an original digital learning product.
